Mount Martha is located between Mornington and Safety Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, and fronts Port Phillip Bay as do many other localities. Mount Martha is a good destination for those people who are perhaps looking for a scenic and less commercial holiday where the surrounding bushland frontd the coast. There are safe swimming beaches nearby which are lined with rows of colourful bathing boxes. However, most of the coastline in this part of the peninsula consists of rocky outcrops with bushland up above.  If you love your walking then this may be the spot for you.
